I've been buying tulips to make it seem like spring. The weather man says the temperature will be in the high 50s by Sunday, but I'm having a hard time believing it.
Hi Sarah, spring will come... but in the meantime tulips will have to do.
Here at my daughter in Ottawa, we have had snow and more snow pretty much for the whole month of March but these last few days, the snow really took a beating. Strips of grass is starting to appear along the low spots. Still a long way to go before tulips will bloom. I'm going back home to Fredericton, N.B. on Easter so I will miss the Tulip Festival here in Ottawa. They have a million tulips blooming in the spring that is donated from Holland every year.
